3.13.1. A representative can create one forum thread in each of the categories ‘Bonuses and Promotions’ and ‘Casinos’ related to each casino they represent. Creating numerous new threads related to a represented casino or a new thread for each promotional offer of a represented casino is prohibited.3.13.2. If the representative posts links to the website of the casino they represent, and we have an affiliate relationship, these links must contain our tracking code.3.13.3. Failure to comply with these rules by a casino representative may result in the removal of their posts or threads or the termination of their User account at our sole discretion.
4. Dispute Resolution Service
4.1. CrazyBillion's Website offers a complimentary dispute resolution service, specifically designed to handle complaints raised by Users stemming from gaming transactions against any online gambling operator, irrespective of the disputed amount's magnitude. 4.3. By lodging a complaint on the Website, the User grants us the authorization to request and/or obtain from the involved online gambling operator any and all information pertaining to the User's casino account, registered particulars, gambling logs and activities, or any other pertinent information that aids in comprehensive issue identification and ensures a reasoned and equitable decision.
4.4.
